Not Much Time Left

By the time you receive this newsletter, there will approximately 30 days or less remaining for prospective buyers to take advantage of the $6500-$8000 tax credit. To benefit from the tax credit, purchasers must be under contract to buy a home by April 30, 2010 and close that sale on or before June 30, 2010. That leaves a very small window of opportunity for homebuyers to take action!
