What’s In A Name?

Some celebrities can be identified by just one name (i.e. Madonna, Junior, Shaq, Kobe, etc.). Kleenex, Coke, and Ziploc are examples of products where the brand name is often used for any similar product. In residential real estate, some companies are named after the owner(s). Others may be named to reflect an image the company is attempting to convey (i.e. Premier, Prestige, Excel, etc.).

At Coldwell Banker we are very proud of our name for many reasons. Among them are:

٠ Coldwell Banker’s 100+ years in the real estate industry.
٠ A brand name that is recognized by 96% of consumers.
٠ 7 consecutive years being named the top real estate franchise by Franchise Times.
٠ A tradition of trust and integrity.

However, we always recognize the responsibility of living up to our name. We must work constantly to maintain a good name. More important than our name is the quality of the service we provide to customers on a day-to-day basis.

Certainly, we believe in the Coldwell Banker name, and we know it helps us sell homes. It is one of our best marketing tools! Whether selling or buying, contact us to put the power of Coldwell Banker to work for you.
