A study recently released by Relocate-America.com, a source of community information and real estate resources for those who are relocating ranked Tulsa No. 5 on a new list of the top 100 places to live in the U.S. More than 2000 cities were evaluated on such factors as economic growth, education, employment prospects, air and water quality, crime rate and housing options.
“The affordability of housing in the Tulsa area continues to attract interest from other parts of the country”, said Sam Rader, President of Coldwell RaderGroup Realtors. “While the average sales price of homes SOLD in the metropolitan area has continued to increase during 2008, homes here remain among the most affordable in the U.S. Hopefully, this Top 5 ranking will make even more people aware of our great housing values.”
