Recently, a limited service company in our market distributed a flyer that listed the addresses of 85+ homes, which had SOLD in different neighborhoods during a nine-month period. While there was a disclaimer in small print at the bottom of the page, the flyer left the impression their company had SOLD those properties. Yet, the statistics compiled from NORES, INC (MLS) show the company had been involved in less than 5% of those sales.
At Coldwell Banker RaderGroup Realtors, the facts are we have SOLD more homes in the Tulsa metro area than any other real estate company for 11 consecutive years. Thus far in 2008, nearly 1 out of every 5 (19.7%) homes SOLD in the five-county metro area has been a Coldwell Banker listing.
