Gratifying!

During the 2008 Coldwell Banker International Business Conference, Coldwell Banker RaderGroup was recognized for 2007 sales production in a number of categories.

Chairman’s Circle

Coldwell Banker RaderGroup was given the elite Chairman’s Circle designation for the 18th consecutive year. This places our company in the top 3% of Coldwell Banker affiliate companies nationwide. In fact, Coldwell Banker RaderGroup Realtors ranked 10th out of 1230 affiliate companies for closed sale sides in 2007.

#1 in Oklahoma

Based on closed sales production Coldwell Banker RaderGroup was honored as the top Coldwell Banker affiliate company in the state of Oklahoma. This is our 16th consecutive year to garner this award.

Sales Associate Awards!

Altogether 68 of our sales associates and teams, received awards for sales production which placed them in the Top 10% of more than 62,000 Coldwell Banker affiliate associates across the country.

The challenge for 2008 will be to meet or exceed the standards set this past year. Doing so will only be accomplished by providing even higher levels of service to our customers than we did in 2007. We are working to accomplish that objective.

Staging is about decorating your house for the buyers’ taste, not yours.” One of HGTV’s experts said homestaging has been shown to increase the value of a home as much as 7%.

We Can Help!

Even as the “Good Thing You’re In Tulsa” campaign continues to inform area residents of the differences between our real estate market and what is being reported by national media services, there are still some local homeowners who are struggling to make their mortgage payments. In fact, a few are behind on their monthly payments and may be facing a possible foreclosure.
Some foreclosures can be prevented, but many homeowners are unaware of the options available to them. Some lenders will work with borrowers to defer some portion of their payments for a period of time. In other circumstances, a lender may accept less than a full payoff of the loan to allow the home to be sold.
