The giant Coldwell Banker RaderGroup Open House Celebration continues through the month of April. During each weekend of the month, our associates will be combining their efforts to conduct hundreds of open houses throughout the metropolitan area. These open houses will attract lots of prospective buyers to Coldwell Banker listings. Many homes will sell as a result of this promotion!
It is not too late to get your home included in our Open House Celebration. However, time is running short. If you are interested in selling your home and taking advantage of this promotion, contact me at your earliest opportunity. I am currently scheduling open houses for the remaining weekends in April.

DON’T FORGET TO FILE!
Oklahoma law allows the owner(s) of a residential real estate property to file for and receive a Homestead Exemption on that property if they were the owners of record on January 1 and are living in the property. In addition the Homestead Exemption also establishes a legal record of Homestead on a residence.
If you would like to know if you currently have the Homestead Exemption on your home, or how to file for the Exemption, contact Sarah at 918-481-8200. You have until March 15th to file for the Homestead Exemption for 2008. If you have already filed for the Homestead Exemption on your current residence, you do NOT need to file again.
The Tulsa County Assessor’s Office has a website which allows taxpayers in Tulsa County to download the forms for filing the Homestead Exemption. The web address is http://www.assessor.tulsacounty.org.
With the website, Tulsa County taxpayers no longer have to go downtown to the Tulsa County courthouse to file for the Homestead Exemption. You can simply download the application, complete and mail it to the Assessor’s office. Don’t forget, the deadline for filing for the Homestead Exemption for 2008 is March 15, 2008.
