Celebrate With Us!

For several years Coldwell Banker RaderGroup Realtors has conducted a Spring Open House Celebration. It is a coordinated effort among sales associates in our company to bring prospective purchasers to the homes we are marketing. During the Celebration our associates will hold hundreds of open houses and meet literally thousands of people who are looking for a home. Needless to say, many homes are SOLD as a result of our coordinated effort.
The 2008 Coldwell Banker RaderGroup Spring Open House Celebration will be held over five weekends, beginning March 29-30 and continuing through April 26-27. If you are looking to purchase a home this year, be watching for our scheduled open houses in the Saturday Tulsa World of Homes and plan to visit homes which fit your criteria. ALL ENHANCED!

Realtor.com is the most visited real estate website in the world, attracting over 11 million visitors each month. Through a cooperative agreement between Realtor.com and the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors, every home listed with a NORES, INC. (MLS) broker appears on Realtors.com. However, that is not the end of the story.
Realtor.com provides two options for displaying listing information on the website. Simply put, the standard display provides basic information about the property and the name of the company which has the home listed, but no contact information for the listing associate. On the other hand, “enhanced” listings show much more information about the home, display multiple photographs and give the name of the listing associate and their contact information. Also, associates whose listings are enhanced have access to reports showing the number of Realtor.com visitors who have viewed their home.
Since there is an extra charge for enhanced listings, many companies and sales associates chose the standard format, reducing exposure for their sellers. At Coldwell Banker RaderGroup, however, every one of our homes listed for sale is shown in the enhanced format, meaning more prospective buyers should view a listed home. It is just another reason why Coldwell Banker RaderGroup, Realtors sells more homes in the Greater Tulsa area than any other real estate company.

Everywhere On The Net

KNOW THE LOCAL REAL ESTATE MARKET

According to an article in the Tulsa World on January 29, 2008, Oklahoma was one of only six states to show a decrease in foreclosures in 2007 when compared to 2006. Nationally, 2.20 million foreclosures were filed, up 75% over 2006. During the same period, foreclosures fell 12.8% in Oklahoma. Additionally, less one percent (0.52%) households in Oklahoma faced foreclosure. These facts are just another example to support the reality that our market is much different than what is being reported in the national media.
